Our Positive Impact

Swords & Shields started with a simple goal: to get my kids and their friends out of the house.

I didn’t expect it to grow the way it has, but the need is clearly bigger than I imagined. Our kids want to be engaged. They want to be outside. They want to move, play, compete, laugh, and be part of something.

Swords & Shields gives them that space.

Any child can join in — regardless of skill level, physical ability, size, athleticism, or experience. There is no tryout. No pressure. No cost. Just a safe, fun, welcoming environment where kids can be active, build confidence, and enjoy being kids.

Right now, I am funding Swords & Shields out of pocket because I believe in it. But as it grows, so do the costs.
